The driver was interviewed and the officer requested the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver refused to submit a breath sample and was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. While the subject was attempting the SFSTs the passengers were interviewed by a second officer during the interview the passengers were found to be underage and in possession of alcohol. The passengers were issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
