The driver was interviewed and the officer requested the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs and was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver's breath sample confirmed they were over the legal limit. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
