The officer interviewed the driver and was able to observe the odor of alcoholic beverage. The officer requested the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver's breath sample confirmed that the driver was over the legal limit. The driver was issued a citation and transporter to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was released to a sober driver. |
