The officers interviewed the victim and witnesses at the scene. The victim declined to press charges. EMS and University Housing staff were requested and responded. Officers attempted to locate and interview the subject. The subject came to the CCU DPS office several hours later was interviewed and completed a statement. This incident is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
