The officer located and was able to observe the damage. A video review of the area revealed a possible subject. Officers attempted to locate the subject. Two witnesses were located and interviewed. University Housing staff were requested and responded. The subject was located later in the day and was served with a warrant before being transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
