The driver was interviewed and the officer requested the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver submitted a breath sample that confirmed they were over the legal limit. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was left in place. |
