The officer stopped the subject vehicle to investigate. The officer interviewed the driver and requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver refused to provide a breath sample. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
