The officers interviewed the victim who described the circumstances of the incident and identified the subject. The officers were able to observe the injuries to the victim and the damage to the victim's vehicle. The subject had fled the scene before officers arrived. A witness was also interviewed at the scene. The subject was located a short time later nearby. The subject was interviewed before being taken into custody and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. University Housing was requested and responded. |
