The officer stopped the vehicle to investigate. The driver was interviewed and the officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver refused to attempt the SFSTs. The driver then refused to exit the vehicle. The driver was escorted from the vehicle and taken into custody. The driver was transported to a breath testing facility where the driver refused to submit a sample. The driver was transported to the Horry County Detention Center, the vehicle was towed. |
