The officers located the subject apartment and were able to observe loud noise. The officers made contact with the occupants and University Housing staff were requested and responded. When officers entered the apartment they observed open alcohol containers in plain sight. Not all the occupants were residents and one of the occupants gave false identification information to the police officers. The apartment was searched with the consent of the residents. Alcohol and alcohol containers were discovered during the search. The occupants were issued citations and released. The contraband was seized. |
