The driver of the vehicle in the collision was interviewed and appeared to be under the influence. The officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver's breath sample confirmed they were over the legal limit. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The drivers of the parked vehicles were located and a collision report was completed. |
