The officer located and interviewed the victim at the scene. The victim described the circumstances of the incident and the officer was able to observe the damage. Evidence was collected. The victim identified a possible subject but did not want to pursue charges at the time of the report. A video review of the area showed two subjects and the subjects' vehicle. The subjects were located and interviewed. The subjects agreed to remove the markings. University Housing staff were requested and responded. This incident is being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
