The officer stopped to investigate. The officer attempted to locate a resident of the home but none of the people they spoke to would acknowledge being a resident. The officer cleared the residence and continued to try and locate a resident. After a check with dispatch the officer was able to identify one of the subjects they had spoken with earlier as a resident of the home. The subject was located nearby, issued a citation and transported to the Horry County detention Center. |
