The speed was confirmed by radar. The vehicle was stopped to investigate. The driver was interviewed and the officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTS. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The subject refused to submit a sample. The subject was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
