The driver was interviewed and the officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver successfully completed the SFSTs. During the interview the officer determined that the driver had provided a false name and birth date. The driver was taken into custody and consented to a search of the vehicle. During the search contraband was discovered and seized. The driver was issued citations and transported to the Horry County detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
