The officer stopped the vehicle to investigate. The officer interviewed the driver and requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver submitted a breath sample that confirmed the driver was over the legal limit. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
