The driver was interviewed and the officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The breath sample showed the driver was not under the influence of alcohol. The officer requested a second sample which collected at the Conway Medical Center. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
