The officers located the subject apartment and made contact with the occupants. The occupants were interviewed and denied using marijuana in the apartment. They consented to a search. During the search marijuana and alcohol were discovered. One of the subjects admitted to possessing the contraband. The subject was issued citations and released. The alcohol was destroyed and the marijuana was seized. This incident is also being referred into the Student Conduct process for the University. |
