Time: | 2117 | Officer: | Fogle | Type: | Traffic stop - disregarding a stop sign, possession of marijuana | Location: | Allied Drive and University Blvd. | Description: | While on patrol a CCU DPS officer observed the subject vehicle disregard a stop sign and stopped the vehicle to investigate. The occupants were interviewed and during the interview the officer observed the odor of marijuana. One of the occupants of the vehicle admitted that there was marijuana in the vehicle. The vehicle was searched and during the search marijuana was discovered. The two subjects were issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The contraband was seized and the vehicle was towed. |
