The officer located the subject vehicle and stopped it to investigate. The driver was interviewed and the officer determined they were driving on a suspended license plate and had no proof of insurance. The driver was issued citations and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. A passenger in the vehicle was not charged. Contraband found in the vehicle was seized. |
