The officer interviewed the driver. During the interview the officer observed several clues that the driver may have been drinking. The officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver refused. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The driver refused to submit a breath sample. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. The vehicle was towed. |
