The officer observed the subject vehicle disregard a stop sign and stopped the vehicle to investigate. The driver was interviewed. The driver was determined to not be the owner, however the owner was located in the back seat of the vehicle. The owner was interviewed and advised that the tags were suspended for cancellation of insurance. The owner was issued a citation and released. The tags were seized and the vehicle was towed. the driver was issued a warning. |
