During the subsequent interview officers initiated a drug dog sniff of the outside of the vehicle. The dog indicated the possible presence of a drug. A search based on probable cause revealed marijuana, paraphernalia, and a firearm in the vehicle. The firearm was determined to have been stolen. The subject was taken into custody and issued a citation. The subject will be held pending further charges. The contraband was seized. The subject was transported to the Horry County Detention Center.
01/30/15 warrants were requested and issued for further charges in this incident. |
