The driver was interviewed and the officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody. The passenger was interviewed and gave the officer a false name and birth date. The passenger was later determined to be underage and in possession of alcohol. The passenger was issued citations. Both subjects were taken into custody and transported, the Vehicle was towed. The driver was transported to a breath testing facility and the passenger was transported to the Horry County detention Center. The driver's breath sample confirmed they were over the legal limit for alcohol. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
