The vehicle was stopped to investigate. The driver was interviewed and the officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was transported to a breath testing facility. The driver's breath sample confirmed they were over the legal limit. The driver was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
