The vehicle was located and the driver was interviewed. Because of observations made by the officer during the interview the officer requested that the driver attempt SFSTs. The driver was not able to successfully complete the SFSTs. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a breath testing facility. The breath test confirmed that the driver was over the Zero Tolerance level. The driver was issued a notice of suspension and returned to their residence. |
