The subject, victim and witnesses were interviewed. Evidence was collected and a video review was conducted. The pedestrian was treated at the scene and transported for further treatment. After an investigation the driver was issued citations for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, and no proof of insurance before being released. A collision report was also completed. |
