Coastal Carolina University offers a Payment Plan alternative to eligible students and parents. For a $35 setup charge per plan, per semester, this plan provides the payer an opportunity to pay total tuition, room and board charges, net of financial aid, in five payments. Please view the "Terms and Conditions" for details of this plan.
The payment plan is available for Fall and Spring semesters only.
The 5 Fall payments are due (1) at the time of set-up and before semester cancellation date, (2) on Aug. 15, (3) on Sept. 15, (4) on Oct. 15, and (5) on Nov. 15.
The 5 Spring payments are due (1) at the time of set-up and before semester cancellation date, (2) on Jan. 15, (3) on Feb. 15, (4) on March 15, and (5) on April 15.
How to setup Payment Plan
The fastest and easiest way to sign up for the Payment Plan is online via WebAdvisor.
You may also setup a Payment Plan by visiting our office in Baxley Hall. We need a signature on file if a Payment Plan has not been setup online. Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
How to calculate and make your payments
After you have already setup the Payment Plan online, be sure to click on Make a Payment for the remaining payments. (Do not click on setup Payment Plan Agreement again, as the Payment Plan Agreement has already been completed.) Divide the remaining balance by the number of installments you have left and this will calculate your next payment.
For example, if your Payment Plan is set up based on $5,000, your initial payment will be $1,035 (first fifth installment of the balance + setup fee.) The new balance on the account would now be $4,000. Because there are four (4) installments left, each payment would now be $1,000.
However, at any time a student incurs charges on the account after the Payment Plan has been setup, the balance will reflect the new amount and the next payment will be readjusted accordingly.

All agreement forms and initial payments must be received by the Office of the Student Accounts by 5 p.m. on the due date (see Student Accounts Calendar) to ensure processing and avoid class cancellation.
