Student Scholarships
Women in Philanthropy and Leadership for Coastal Carolina University is an organization that empowers accomplished women by providing educational, networking, philanthropic and leadership opportunities. Women in Philanthropy and Leadership membership contributions are used to fund scholarships for deserving Coastal Carolina University students each year. In addition, the Women in Philanthropy and Leadership "Life and Legacy" Scholarship Program provides scholarships in honor or memory of loved ones.
For the 2013-2014 academic year two new scholarships are being offered: the Zonta Club of Myrtle Beach is the sponsor of a scholarship through Women in Philanthropy and Leadership and two $5,000 scholarships for the Washington Internship Institute's Global Women's Leadership Development program have been funded through the generosity of a private donor.
