Biography

Cathy Scott earned her Ph.D. in Elementary Science and Math Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and her Master's degree in K-6 Science Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Dr. Scott spent five years teaching elementary school at the 4th, 5th, and K-5 Science levels. Her scholarship is in the area of outdoor and environmental education.

Interesting Facts:
Dr. Scott loves to travel and has visited Belize, Peru, Ecuador, and Costa Rica with other educators and students.
