Teaching associate (adjunct) Orientation in August

On Saturday, Aug. 18, CeTEAL will offer its Teaching Associate (Adjunct) Orientation for new or recently hired teaching associates. The orientation is a day-long introduction to teaching at CCU with information on topics such as:

• What you need to know before classes begin

• CCU syllabus requirements

• CCU tech tools for faculty

• Student conduct processes

• Student accessibility and accommodations

• Student technology resources

• Resources for online/ hybrid classes

• Library resources

Teaching associates must register for the orientation in order to attend. To register, please email Gail Sneyers at gsneyers@coastal.edu. You will receive an email with additional information once your registration has been confirmed. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided during the orientation.
