Grant Center announces winners for 2018 Real Estate Awards

The Grant Center for Real Estate and Economics at Coastal Carolina University has announced the following businesses as the 2018 winners of its annual Real Estate Awards:

• Residential: Papillon North Ocean Boulevard

• Commercial: THEBlvd

• Resort and Tourism: Ocean Enclave by Hilton Grand Vacations Club

• Government, Public and Nonprofit: Matt Hughes Skate Park

• Restaurant: Lucy Buffett's LuLu's at Barefoot Landing

Made possible through a gift from the Tony and Carrie Grant Fund, the awards celebrate real estate excellence in the residential, commercial, resort/tourism, government/public/nonprofit, and restaurant sectors within Horry and Georgetown counties, South Carolina, and Brunswick County, North Carolina.
