Thompson presents at food expo

Sharon Thompson made a presentation recently at the American Dietetic Association National Food and Nutrition Expo in San Diego. It was titled "Food and the economy: Eating out in a bear market." The paper was co-authored by health promotion majors Tamara Schultz and Casey Rolla, who graduated in May. Thompson is a professor of health promotion.
