Request Information
To request conduct records log in to MyCCU. Go to the Search Menu, and search for the Dean of Students Office card. You will see the Conduct Transfer Form at the bottom of the card. If you no longer have access to your CCU email, you will need to email conduct@coastal.edu with your request. Be sure to include your full name, student ID number and current phone number. When requesting conduct records to be delivered to a third party, a Release of Information Form (PDF) will need to be attached to the request.
Schedule a Meeting
Our office is located in Indigo Hall. The best way to meet with one of our team members is to schedule an appointment by emailing dso@coastal.edu or by calling our office at 843-349-4161. To schedule, we will need your name, availability, student ID number and the reason for the meeting. Please include as much information as possible to ensure we schedule you with the team member who can best assist you.
