New Employee Orientation

Welcome to Teal Nation! 

New Employee Orientation is an online program that focuses on the mission and values of Coastal Carolina University while building a culture of community and engagement. During orientation, new employees will learn about university leadership, campus partners, and what it means to be a member of Teal Nation.  All new staff members must attend a New Employee Orientation program within a month of their hire date. Employees designated as Temporary are required to complete online Temporary New Employee Orientation. Both versions of the online training can be accessed by logging on to https://train.coastal.edu.

Employees will receive an email on their start date with a welcome message that includes information on how to complete New Employee Orientation and Mandatory Training.
