Critically engage with social media, produce meaningful social media content, and understand how various platforms can be used to communicate with and market to specific audiences.

The minor in Social Media offers you essential analytical, critical, and production skills by combining both academic and practical aspects of engaging with social media platforms. You will combine curriculum in both social media studies – the critical analysis, history, and sociocultural study of social media – as well as content production and design.
