Overview of Information Technology Services

Information Technology Services (ITS) offers a wide range of technology services and support for users at Coastal Carolina University.

ITS offers two technology help desks as the first point of contact for Coastal Carolina University users.

The ITS Service Center, located in the Wall Building, room 105, supports all faculty, staff, volunteers, and vendors/affiliates with their university technology needs. Employees should also use the IT Service Catalog to search for more information and to learn about IT services, enterprise software, access, and resources at CCU. Access the For Help support page to learn of the multiple ways to request assistance from the ITS Service Center.

Student Computing Services (SCS) provides help desk support services to students, their families, and alumni for their CCU technology needs. Visit the SCS website for student technology resources and guidance, and to learn how to request help.
