Informer is a web-based reporting tool that connects to Ellucian Colleague to deliver accurate and consistent information from the shared repository used by all departments on campus. This powerful system can generate custom reports, dashboards, and more.
How do I get Informer access?
Informer security is independent from Colleague security classes and approval is given on an individual basis through ITS. Access this Colleague (Datatel) Access Request Form and check Informer Access - New/Changes. Once checked, check the appropriate areas in which you need Informer reporting access and then click Submit Changes. After this is completed, Informer access will be granted.
Can I access Informer from off-campus?
You cannot access Informer off campus, unless you are approved for and use VPN access.
