The In-Office Telephone/VoIP handsets (Yealink T48S IP) provide employees with feature improvements such as touch-screen and expanded menu options, including, but not limited to:

• Color touch-screen with user-customization capabilities
• Customized directory, including blacklisting capabilities
• Call history
• Handset, headset and speakerphone options
• Call transfers: attended, semi-attended or blind transfers
• Call forwarding: always, busy, no answer
• Do not disturb
