Coastal Carolina University announces summer hours
May 12 through Aug. 8:
Monday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to noon
Exceptions: During the Orientation weeks of June 16-20, June 23-27 and July 14-18:
Monday to Thursday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday, 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Kimbel Library through Aug. 19:
Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday: 1 to 10 p.m.
Thursday, July 3: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Closed Friday, July 4
Student Recreation Center through Aug.19:
Monday through Thursday 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday: 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Closed Saturday and Sunday
Post Office through Aug. 19:
Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m. to noon
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
The following departments/areas will follow regular hours (weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) throughout the summer: Admissions, Public Safety, Switchboard and Facilities Management. The university will close Thursday, July 3 at 1 p.m. and will remain closed on Friday, July 4.
Fall classes begin Wednesday, Aug. 20.
