RSMA Club Leadership Role

RSMA Officer Positions

President

• Preside over meetings of the alliance
• Call all meetings doe the alliance
• Supervise the election process
• Organize convention, conference attendance
• Oversee any fundraisers
• Oversee existing officers and their duties
• Assist with preparation of the budget
• Be prepared to assist all other officers

Vice President

• In the absence of the President, preform the duties of the President
• Assist with preparation of the budget
• Be prepared to assist all other officers

Treasurer

• Keep a record of all procedures from activities and events
• Be responsible for all financial transactions and records regarding the alliance
• Prepare and finalize the budget with the assistance of the President and Vice President
• Be prepared to assist all other officers

Secretary

• Keep minutes of all meetings in a permanent manner
• Take roll of all meetings and special activities
• Be prepared to assist all other officers

Social Chair/Marketing

• Organize social activities involving Recreation and Sport Management for the members of the alliance
• Gather information on possible social gatherings for the membership
• Be prepared to assist all other officers
