Upon arrival the officer the officer located the vehicle. The driver was interviewed and during the interview the officer observed signs of narcotics use in the driver. The subject was transported to a breath testing facility. The subject refused a breath sample. The subject was issued a citation and transported to the Horry County Detention Center. |
