Biography

Kayla Jessop is the Director of Student Success and Persistence within the Gupta College of Science.

She is a two-time CCU alumna with a Bachelor of Arts in English (2018) and a Master of Arts in Writing (2020). Since graduating, she has been a tutoring center manager, a program manager for multiple CCU-specific programs, an academic coaching specialist, and an instructor of various subjects including first-year experience, academic skills development, and English courses.

As director of student success and persistence, Jessop can help you with college-ready skills like time management, note-taking, and study skills. She can also help you navigate campus resources and connect you to different services on campus. Please schedule an appointment with her via Bookings to use her services.
