Experimental Classes 实验课程

Coastal Carolina University currently operates two experimental class programs in cooperation with Chinese partner universities:

Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication (Accounting/Business Administration)
Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications (Business Administration)

Students in these programs benefit from on-site instruction and orientation from CCU faculty members in these disciplines and a more seamless transition to the academic programs at Coastal Carolina University.

Faculty Exchange and Institutional Cooperation 教师交换和机构合作

A variety of projects and cooperation activities have taken place through this program since 2007, including faculty exchange, cooperative student projects, and more recently, videoconference exchanges with students. Since 2007, CCU has had active one-way and two-way cooperation with over 17 Chinese universities! Some examples include:

@Chinese Campus Program – An innovative program that allows CCU faculty to teach for a month on Chinese campuses. Application cycles each fall.

Innovative Short-term Summer Programs for Cooperation

Visiting Scholar Programs – Coastal Carolina University has welcomed visiting scholars from over 12 Chinese universities. CCU faculty serve as on-campus mentors for these incoming visiting faculty from China to help them acculturate to the academic program experience at CCU. Each visiting faculty member is also hosted by the Office of International Programs and Services to coordinate social support.
